Your area is virtually semi-detached with separate external entry into the Sunroom which connects directly into your bedroom. Here you will find a small fridge, coffee machine and tea making facilities with a view out to sea.

Guest accommodation for 2 persons is provided in a fully renovated bedroom. The Guest bedroom has a large north facing window with plantation shutters fitted. The bed is convertible between King or Twin. A wall mounted XHD TV, a bedside Bluetooth dock/clock and free Wifi are also included in the bedroom. Ensuite has recently been fully renovated incorporating multiple shower heads in a large shower recess, Toilet and Vanity with appropriate ventilation, fans and lighting complete your private area.  A separate external style door interconnects between Guest and resident areas. Use of the BBQ area is also on offer if desired.
